TeeS Virtual Support requires a signed acceptance of quotation before any work is undertaken.  Receipt of this signed acceptance, which will include the requirements of the client, the hourly rate and/or the expected overall cost of the work, indicates the client’s acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of TeeS Virtual Support .  Should the client’s original requirements change following receipt of the signed acceptance, we reserve the right to amend the original quotation following consultation with the client.

Payable upfront before work is undertaken, is 50% of the estimated cost. The balance is payable strictly within 14 days of completion.

Payment should be made by cheque to Tees Virtual Support or through Paypal.  Any charges resulting from the bank returning a cheque are the responsibility of the client.

All incoming emails, files and discs are scanned for viruses. However, we will not open any unsolicited emails with attachments.

Final responsibility for proofreading errors in completed work (including manuscripts, dissertations) rests with the client. TeeS Virtual Support  will not accept responsibility for errors found after submission but will gladly correct errors free of charge provided we are notified within 48 hours after completion. A further charge will be made for amendments notified after this 48 hour period.  Please be aware that the client bears full responsibility for the proofreading of completed work.  At all times, TeeS Virtual Support  is liable only for the cost of the work undertaken and no further liability is acknowledged.  

TeeS Virtual Support is not responsible for the content or end use of any document produced or edited for clients, including abiding by any copyright laws, plagiarism laws and publishing requirements. We reserve the right to reject work for any client which involves materials found to be illegal or offensive.

Back-up copies of client files are kept for a period of 6 months only. After that time, they will be deleted, unless otherwise arranged as per clients service agreement.

I may recommend other professionals to offer a complete service. Some partners may have their own terms and conditions which will be provided. The terms and conditions of a partner are in no way connected with those of TeesS Virtual Support unless stated.

TeeS Virtual Support  is aware of and will respect clients’ requirements for confidentiality.  A client’s details and all projects undertaken will be treated in a strictly confidential manner.  No work will be communicated or disclosed to parties other than the client. 

If a client should require the signing of a non disclosure or confidentiality agreement this shall be willingly undertaken by TeeS Virtual Support.

For reasons of insurance and safety, personal visitors to the premises of TeeS Virtual Support are not permitted.
